Issues with security and weak management are holding back more than a few enterprises from deploying smart phones. While smart phone makers continue to push new products to market, enterprises are resisting purchase, noting that the technology has moved too far ahead of security requirements to make it a good decision at this point. The quest is to make the wireless tools, and usage, as secure as the desktop, which requires a bit more work than many organizations are willing to take on at this point.
