 If your organization is moving full-blast into wireless networking deployment, the first thing you should do is assess internal skills and make sure you've got the right tech expertise on hand to make it happen. The problem, though, is that you may find hiring such skills a bit hard right now given the rapid development of wireless and associated communications technologies. According to Robert Half Technology's June report related to third-quarter hiring expectations, 57 percent of CIOs said management skills in wireless networks are in demand. And it's not only wireless skills, but sophisticated network security analysts and network architects that are in demand as well. - Judy
