Femtocell trials planned by AT&T later this year

AT&T will be following in the footsteps of Sprint and Verizon Wireless by testing femtocells later this year. Femtocells are tiny cell phone base stations that channel the calls through an Internet connection for improved coverage. Lab testing is ongoing at the moment. Article
