Hiring higher, recruiting rougher

Have you noticed that it's getting harder to hire the right person for your critical job opening? If so, you're not alone. A recent survey by the American Electronics Association found that companies are finding it more difficult to meet their needs, even though high-tech hiring continues at a rapid pace. While IT staff has to manage more and more functions, skills aren't keeping pace. For employers, that means carefully juggling requirements and increasing staff training hours to bring skills up to par. None of this makes the IT manager's job easier.
