Slacker teams with ESPN for personalized sports radio

Digital radio solutions provider Slacker has added ESPN Radio content to its lineup, enabling consumers to create personalized sports programming tailored to their favorite teams and leagues. The free Slacker Basic Radio service will offer access to an interactive ESPN Radio channel featuring SportsCenter updates as well as content for multiple programs and platforms, including Mike & Mike in the Morning and The Herd with Colin Cowherd. Premium subscribers can tailor customized channels based on preferences like sports, regions and teams, and add hourly news updates to any other Slacker station.

Slacker Radio offers more than 130 expertly curated music, news and comedy channels as well as artist-hosted showcase stations and music festival programming. Its mobile applications are available across the iPhone, Android, BlackBerry webOS and Windows Phone 7/Windows Mobile platforms.
