VoIP still not available over iPhone

After AT&T Mobility gave the okay to VoIP on the iPhone a few months ago, the service still isn't enabled on the device. The hold up now is apparently with Apple. An Apple-user blog posed the question as to why VoIP isn't available yet and received a response from a social media representative from Skype.
